Exchange Policy

• No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products.

• Exchange Only: Products are eligible for exchange only, subject to our exchange policy.

• Exchange Request Timeline: Any exchange request must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of the product being delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, as we cannot verify the condition of the product due to possible use or misuse after delivery.
